The Nortel Aastra 480e is a refurbished, residential single-line telephone with Caller ID, Call Waiting and headset jack. NOTE: This model does not have hands free operation. 

With its large eight line display screen, customizable softkeys and improved headset options, the enhanced Model 480e provides even more features and more flexibility for home or home business communications. With a large backlit display screen and six “softkeys” that provide different options based on activity, the Model 480e provides step-by-step instructions and menus for ease of use. The larger screen and multi-function indicator lights are designed to provide more information with less effort.
